WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS
Village Ordinance 32-3(f)

Winter parking.  When signs have been erected at or reasonably near the village limits as provided in Wis. Stats. § 349.13, no person shall park any vehicle between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day from December 1 to March 1, on any public street, alley or right-of-way in the village except physicians on emergency calls and except when such person is frequenting a business located in any area zoned business or designated C-1 in chapter 50, which is open for business during those hours.
