Village Ordinance 32-3(e)

All-night parking prohibited.  No person shall park any vehicle between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any public street, alley or right-of-way in any area zoned business or designated C-1, except when such person is frequenting a business which is open for business during those hours.
